Step 1—Reliable Radar Scan
Blue Arc conducts an initial meeting to assess the situation, listen to your issues and concerns, and help you envision a more reliable future.
Step 2—Charting a Course
Blue Arc and the client team define the scope of the investigation and establish expectations for success.
Step 3—Data Discovery
Blue Arc collects, integrates and organizes evidence for analysis. During this collaborative discovery stage, Blue Arc utilizes special tools to convert data into meaningful information.
Step 4—Testing and Analysis
Blue Arc tests hypotheses, assembles reliability and statistical models, and tests significance and sensitivity. The results provide the basis for Blue Arc’s Preliminary Testing and Analysis Results supplied to the client. At this stage, statistical validation of the problem is presented to help the client visualize the problem and to reinforce objectivity.
Step 5—Naming the Suspects
Blue Arc and the client confirm the validity of test results and conclusions and then assess the action-ability of their commitment implications. Blue Arc provides an Investigation Summary Assessment, Final Testing and Analysis Results, Final Conclusions and Recommendation reports.
Step 6—Filing the Flight Plan
The client will soar toward improvement with an action plan, commitment of resources, scheduling goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Blue Arc provides key stakeholders with an Exit Report that includes an Implementation Plan, Stakeholder Agreements, Schedule, Goals, and KPIs.
Step 7—GPS Navigation Assistance
Blue Arc helps the client stay the course with a Mid-Term (6-12 months) Checkup, periodic performance trending reports as needed, and annual check-ups with ongoing assistance.
