Quantum Data products provide a variety of manufacturing test solutions for HDMI. The following products support manufacturing testing on production lines for HDMI products.

• 980 HDMI Protocol Analyzer module. Provides functional testing for HDMI 1.4b HDTVs and HDMI 2.0 displays up to 300 MHz including 4K displays at 50/60Hz using 4:2:0 pixel encoding. The module is equipped with an extensive library of video timing formats and test patterns for testing on manufacturing production lines. It can be controlled through a GUI either the embedded GUI or external GUI on a PC. Alternatively the module and its functions can be controlled through the command line via a telnet over the network connection for control from an automated test system (ATS). The module can be equipped in the 980R Test Platform which is designed for use in manufacturing facilities.

• 980 HDMI 2.0 Video Generator module. Provides functional testing for HDMI 2.0 Ultra HDTVs and displays up to 600 MHz. The module is equipped with an extensive library of video timing formats and test patterns for testing on manufacturing production lines. It can be controlled through a GUI either the embedded GUI or external GUI on a PC. Alternatively the module and its functions can be controlled through the command line via a telnet over the network connection for control from an automated test system (ATS). The module can be equipped in the 980R Test Platform which is designed for use in manufacturing facilities.

• 804 Video Generator. The rack mountable 804 Video Test Generator supports HDMI testing at pixel rates up to 165 MHz and TMDS rates up to 225 MHz for deep color on the output. The instrument provides RGB and component analog outputs as well as composite video. The 804 offers an extensive library of format timings and provides standard test patterns and protocol test images (EDID, HDCP, CEC) necessary for testing HDMI 1.4 HDTVs. The 804 Video Generator also provides RGB and component analog outputs up to 80 MHz pixel rate as well as composite video. The module and its functions can be controlled through the command line via USB or RS-232 for control from an automated test system (ATS).

• 804A Video Generator. The rack mountable 804 Video Test Generator supports testing of 4K Ultra HD HDMI 2.0 devices up to pixel rates of 300 MHz at 50/60Hz frame rates using 4:2:0 pixel encoding on sinks. The instrument provides RGB and component analog outputs as well as composite video. The 804A offers an extensive library of format timings and provides standard test patterns and protocol test images (EDID, HDCP, CEC) necessary for testing modern HDMI displays. The 804A Video Generator also provides RGB and component analog outputs up to 80 MHz pixel rate as well as composite video. The module and its functions can be controlled through the command line via USB or RS-232 for control from an automated test system (ATS).

• 804B Video Generator. The rack mountable 804 Video Test Generator supports testing of 4K Ultra HD HDMI 2.0 devices up to pixel rates of 600 MHz at 50/60Hz frame rates. The instrument provides RGB and component analog outputs as well as composite video. The 804B offers an extensive library of format timings and provides standard test patterns and protocol test images (EDID, HDCP, CEC) necessary for testing modern HDMI displays. The 804B Video Generator also provides component analog outputs up to 80 MHz pixel rate and analog RGB video at 162MHz pixel rate. as well as composite video. The module and its functions can be controlled through the command line using either USB or RS-232 interface for control from an automated test system (ATS).

• The Quantum Data 881E video test Generator is available for manufacturing testing on production lines. The 881E is well suited for your manufacturing environment whether testing HDMI or analog interfaces. It is offered at a competitive price and is equipped with automation features and pattern generation functions necessary for manufacturing. The HDMI transmitter supports advanced features such as 12-bit/component deep color and HDMI 3D and operates up to 225 MHz TMDS rate. The instrument is also equipped with 250MHz analog output and composite analog for NTSC and PAL testing.

• 802BT Video Generator. Offers testing of HDMI up to 165 MHz or DVI single link testing. The instrument supports testing analog displays up to 200 MHz.

• 802R Video Generator. Offers testing of HDMI up to 165 MHz or DVI single link or dual link testing. The analog component output provides 300 or 400 MHz pixel rate outputs.
